My Journey

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve been putting in a lot of effort at the gym but aren’t seeing the results you hoped for. I understand why you're feeling frustrated. I dedicated years to working hard in the gym putting in countless hours, yet I still struggled to develop muscle and noticed very little improvement. I felt stuck and unmotivated often wondering if I would ever achieve the aesthetics I desired.

My journey started with passion and commitment, working out nearly every day for a year, but despite my efforts, I saw little change, maybe even gained weight, leading to a frustrating cycle of lost motivation and repeated attempts that lasted for years.

The moment of realization hit me when I recognized the flaws in my approach. I had been mindlessly lifting weights, wishing for a miraculous change, yet lacking a clear plan or a grasp of what really yields results. It was clear: I needed to make a change. I took the initiative to reach out to several fitness coaches, exploring various training techniques and, crucially, understanding the essential impact of nutrition on reaching my fitness & health goals.

Over the years, I’ve thrown myself into acquiring and experimenting with diverse methods from a multitude of coaches. Each one provided valuable insights, and I blended the most successful elements into my own philosophy to training. The most significant takeaway from all this? Nutrition is crucial. I found that diet influences approximately 80% of the results. This insight was truly a turning point for me. It’s a common misconception that dieting equates to a life of endless salads and bland food. In reality, I’ve enjoyed “cheat meals” almost on a daily basis, without incorporating any cardio for fat loss.  The true secret is in discovering the right approach to nutrition, something that most people don’t seem to realize. To enrich my knowledge base and improve my ability to assist others, I achieved certifications in personal training, nutrition, and strength & conditioning. These qualifications empower me to provide more insightful guidance and help others avoid the missteps I faced on my journey.
